What should I do if my order record shows an incorrect name?
Ask what verification is required before sending additional documents. Use the corrected record for later purchase-related communication.

How can I choose an appropriate purchase quantity?
Check whether the product's quantity is defined differently across alternative listings. Consider whether buying in stages would better match an uncertain requirement.
